Led by a qualified Army Physical Training Instructor (PTI), our Conditioning Class delivers an intense, no-nonsense workout that pushes your limits and leaves you buzzing.

This session blends military-style fitness with functional, everyday strength and endurance training. Expect a mix of AMRAPs, timers, circuits, weights, bodyweight drills, and outdoor running—all structured and written up on the board so you know the mission from the start.

We begin with a coach-led warm-up to get you fired up, then dive into a session built to challenge your cardio, muscular endurance, and mental grit. Every workout is unique, keeping you engaged and constantly progressing.
