Each session is carefully structured to balance guidance, intensity, and results:

Strength & Functional Training – Focus on 3–4 key exercises per session, designed to improve real-world strength, stability, and mobility. Each exercise is performed for 3 sets with appropriate rest, ensuring you build strength safely and effectively.
