What is the Hybrid Class?
The Hybrid Class is all about flexibility and freedom — you choose your workout style on the day.
Held every Friday at 6pm, this session offers two training options running side by side in the same space:
🌀 The Circuit – Prefer a structured, high-energy session? Join the circuit class and follow the usual format: 12 stations, 2 exercises per station, a timed workout with audio cues, and coach-led warm-up and cooldown. Great for variety, cardio, and overall fitness.
🏋️ Strength Coaching – Want to lift instead? Opt for a coach-led strength session, where you'll be guided through a focused training plan for strength and hypertrophy. You’ll use the open gym space to train with support and feedback as needed.
Just turn up and decide which path you feel like that day — no pressure, just progress.
