The Strength & Hypertrophy Class

What is the Strength & Hypertrophy Class?

This one’s for the lifters. Our Friday 6am Strength & Hypertrophy Class is a structured, high-quality session designed to build serious muscle, strength, and physique.

​

Each week, your coach programs a full-body workout, projected on the big screen when you arrive. You’ll pair up or form small groups, grab your stations, and work through the session at your own pace. The layout gives you freedom—with guidance—so you can focus on pushing yourself.

​

Expect 3 working sets per exercise, using rep ranges chosen by the coach to match the training goal that week. Workouts often include advanced intensity techniques like:

​

  • Drop sets

  • Supersets

  • Tempo training

  • FST

  • GVT

  • Eccentric overloads

  • Partials and pauses

  • Even untraditional, Coach-created ones!

Every session is different, but always purposeful—designed to stimulate muscle growth, challenge your limits, and improve lifting technique in a motivating group environment.
