What is The Circuit Class?
Our Circuit Class is a full-body, high-energy workout designed to build strength, improve fitness, and boost your confidence—no matter your level.

Each session kicks off with a coach-led warm-up followed by a walkthrough of the circuit setup. You’ll get a quick demo of each exercise (the circuit changes weekly for variety and progression) so you know exactly what to expect.
The circuit includes 12 stations, each with 2 different exercises. You’ll complete one full round using your first exercise at each station (1 minute of work, 30 seconds rest between stations), then take a 2-minute break before going again—this time doing the second exercise at each station.

Work at your own pace, but expect to push yourself—this class is perfect for building fitness, losing fat, and feeling part of a motivating group. All exercises can be adapted, so whether you're just starting out or coming back stronger, there's a place for you in the circuit.
